Soul Bird Stroll Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in a Soul Bird Stroll, a nature walk, involves potential risks, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, falls, exposure to weather, insects, wildlife, and other natural hazards. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this activity and that I am physically able to do so.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Soul Bird Consulting, LLC, its owners, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of this activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that this release extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

Photo and Video Release

I grant Soul Bird Consulting, LLC permission to take and use photographs and/or videos of me during the event for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including on websites, social media, and print materials. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or to receive compensation for its use.

If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the organizer in writing prior to the event.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I have no medical conditions that would increase my risk of injury during this activity and that I will bring any necessary personal medications. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizer to obtain medical treatment for me if necessary.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability. I fully understand its terms and agree to it freely and voluntarily by checking the terms and conditions checkbox upon registration.
